Agricultural Development Loans
Agricultural loans are commonly used for capital expenditures such as farm equipment, livestock and land acquisition.

They are available to First Nation individuals, partnerships, Bands, Tribal Councils and First Nation owned corporations.

Applicants to the program require a co-signer for the loan and a mentor with a minimum of five years beef production experience. Applicants are required to sign a formal agreement negotiating repayment of the loan, record keeping, herd maintenance and training participation.
